we are so confident that your information cannot be compromised as a result of shopping at two cosmetics, we guarantee your protection in the event of unauthorized interception and use of your credit card. if you think your credit card has been compromised as a result of shopping at two cosmetics, please contact your credit card provider immediately. most banks either cover all charges, or limit your liability to $50. we guarantee that if your card was compromised as a result of shopping at two cosmetics and your bank does not cover all charges, we will compensate you for the amount of your liability, up to $50.

for orders that are damaged in shipping:

please notify us within 3 days of receiving shipment, so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise. if you have questions about a return, please email customerservice@twocosmetics.com

we pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders with most in-stock items shipped within 24 hours of ordering. we do not ship on saturday, sunday and holidays.

please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of services interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of twocosmetics.com (including for example, interruptions of our transportations systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card companies).

we currently ship to street addresses (all shipping methods), p.o. boxes within the 50 united states(standard) to apo/fpo u.s., military addresses (standard shipping only). packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling. packages over 20 pounds may require additional shipping time. we ship anywhere with a physical address. additional shipping will apply to international orders and/or orders with expedited methods.

3-day, 2-day or overnight order processing

• orders received before 4 p.m. pacific time monday through friday will be processed the same day. orders received after 4 p.m. pacific time will be processed the next day. orders received after 4 p.m. pacific time friday, saturday, or on sunday will be processed on monday.
• our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. therefore, if you place an order after 4 p.m. pacific time on friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.

for an additional $15.95, we offer overnight delivery in the continental u.s. please check the appropriate box upon checkout.

alaska and hawaii

shipping to alaska and hawaii may require an additional one to two days.

shipping methods

all regular orders will be shipped usps (united states postal service) unless otherwise requested. claims (damage or shortage) must be reported within five working days after receipt of merchandise, responsibility for merchandise shipped via common carrier ceases upon delivering the order to the carrier. we are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. you must file a claim with the delivery carrier. we would, however; assist you in supplying any information necessary for submission of your claim.

for items that will be shipped to a different address (i.e. as gifts), please specify the shipping address at checkout.

a california 9.75% sales tax will be automatically applied on all orders shipping in ca.
